1.We offer 3 months of unlimited kilometer parts warranty on all used mechanical parts except automatic gearboxes which has 30 days warranty.
2.Warranty will be void if part(s) is dismantled or tampered with.
Any parts returned under warranty is to be complete or as sold.
3.All claims are to be made to us accompanied by the receipt. Any repairs carried out without our written consent will be customers responsibility.
4.Goods wrongly supplied must be returned within 7 days of sale for full refund( freight cost will be at customers expense).
5.We will not accept returns on cut sections or specially ordered parts.
6.We will not be held responsible for any consequential loss or damage, loss of income or downtime due to failure of any part sold.
7.Engines are sold as long bare . all seals, gaskets ,sparkplugs ,leads and water pump must be replaced with new OEM items prior to fitting for used engines or transmission to hold valid warranty. Any accessories , manifolds or wirings , if fitted are not covered by the warranty and may not fit your model. We recommend the use of existing accessories.
8.We will not cover any claim that are caused by any of the following :
a.Incorrect or insufficient fluids or oils
b.Overheating or heat tab removed
c.Improper installation or application
d.Accident damage, overloading or misuse
e.Unauthorized repairs or failing to maintain
9.In the event of any early signs of malfunction, it is customers responsibility to cease operation and report problem to us . failure to do so may cause consequential damage and void warranty.
10.In the event of any dispute, a mutual third party may be obtained to adjudicate the claim.
11.We will not be responsible for any verbal implied representation.
12.Limit of liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of goods sale. All electric , electronic , items have no warranty only exchange.
13.All airbags , airbag modules, seats belts and tyres must be checked by manufacturer before use.
